Contents of Non Compete Agreement
Term of Agreement
The agreement states the duration of the contract. A non-compete agreement remains valid for the period of the employment and may remain valid for a period thereafter if the agreement permits. An employee has to fulfill all his obligations throughout this term.
Covenant Not to Compete
This section of the agreement states that an employee during the term of the employment with the Company will not engage in any business activity which is competitive with the Company nor work for any company which competes with the Company.
