  • CA Certificate (Form 3): Upload the CA Certificate (Form 3) signed by both the CA and the promoter. This document verifies project costs and fund withdrawals. You can download Form 3 from the MahaRERA website.
  • Proforma of Allotment Letter: Upload a model copy of the allotment letter as specified in MahaRERA Order no. 35. If the promoter chooses a different format, highlight deviations/modifications and upload a deviation sheet.
